RENOVATIONS, MAINTENANCE & STYLING
Getting your home ready for sale may involve a combination of improvements, depending on its condition, target buyers and budget.
From cosmetic renovations and repairs to painting, flooring, landscaping and professional styling, Mitchell + Beasley coordinates the improvements that help prepare your property for the market.
Whether it’s a few finishing touches or a complete pre-sale makeover, our experienced team brings everything together under one coordinated plan.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PROPERTY SELLERS
Preparing your home for sale doesn’t have to mean paying for every improvement upfront.
Through our payment-at-settlement solutions, eligible homeowners can access finance for approved renovations, repairs, maintenance and professional styling, with repayment deferred under the finance provider’s terms.
This gives you greater flexibility to prepare your property for the market while managing your finances during the selling process.
HOW DOES PAY AT SETTLEMENT WORK?
A straightforward approach to preparing your property for sale.
We begin by discussing your property, your selling plans and the improvements you may need.
Our team then recommends suitable renovations, repairs, maintenance and styling, providing a tailored scope of works and quotation.
If you’d like to explore payment at settlement, we’ll guide you through the available finance option and the application process with the provider.
Once the work and finance arrangements are confirmed, Mitchell + Beasley coordinates the agreed improvements to get your property market-ready.
Finance is subject to eligibility, approval, fees and repayment terms.
WHY PREPARE YOUR PROPERTY BEFORE SELLING?
First impressions matter, particularly when buyers begin their property search online.
Strategic renovations, property maintenance and professional styling can help showcase your home’s best features, address presentation issues and create stronger buyer appeal.
At Mitchell + Beasley, we focus on identifying improvements that suit your property, your budget and your selling goals – helping you make informed decisions about where to invest and where to save.
The right improvements can make all the difference when your property goes to market.

FAQs
What services can be included?
Eligible payment arrangements may cover cosmetic renovations, repairs, painting, landscaping, property maintenance and professional styling. The services included will depend on your approved finance arrangement and agreed scope of works.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
Eligible costs may be financed upfront, allowing you to proceed without paying those covered amounts immediately. Finance fees, eligibility requirements and other conditions apply.
When does payment become due?
Under SaleFunder’s published standard terms, repayment is due at property settlement or 180 days, whichever occurs first. Your individual agreement will specify your repayment obligations.
Do I need to have a real estate agent?
SaleFunder generally requires an agreement with a licensed real estate agent before funding is finalised. Mitchell + Beasley can discuss your property’s preparation requirements while you organise your sale arrangements.
What happens if my property doesn't sell?
The finance agreement’s repayment deadline still applies even if your property hasn’t sold. We recommend reviewing the provider’s full terms and understanding your repayment obligations before proceeding.
