LaUREN MITCHELL

With a background in advertising, importing and property styling, Lauren brings a strong creative vision and a passion for transforming spaces.
Originally from Sydney’s Bondi area, Lauren has always had a love for renovating, interiors and beautifully curated homewares. As Mitchell + Beasley has grown, she has expanded her focus to M+B Interiors, bringing together thoughtfully selected furniture, homewares and curated collections to help customers create beautiful spaces of their own.
Now based in Newcastle with her partner and fellow Director, Aaron, and their son, Lauren continues to draw inspiration from the coastal lifestyles of both Newcastle and Sydney.
AARON BEASLEY
Director | Renovations & Construction
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, Aaron brings extensive building knowledge, practical experience and a passion for transforming properties.
As Co-Founder of Mitchell + Beasley, Aaron oversees the renovation, maintenance and construction side of the business, helping clients unlock their property’s potential. Together with the company’s styling and homewares services, his expertise supports M+B’s complete approach to property preparation, from initial improvements through to the finishing touches.
A proud Novocastrian, Aaron has strong ties to the local sailing community across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. An experienced offshore sailor, he has competed in prestigious bluewater races, including the Sydney to Hobart and Sydney to Noumea, alongside other national and international sailing events.
